The Skilled Trades Leadership Guild is a private, ongoing membership for union leaders carrying the weight of their term.
It works like the trades mastery journey you already know: apprentice, journeyperson, master but it's built for the leadership side of the job.

The Guild is for elected and appointed union leaders who know the next few years will test them, and they want to be ready for inevitable change.

The Guild’s Member Advisors carry a limited number of members. They are hands on, experienced, legally backed and ready to help you operationalize.

An experienced operator who knows your situation will guide you through the program, keep you accountable and bring in the right expert advisors to solve your problems at the right time.
The Senior Member Advisory Board
Specialists in people, HR, systems, training and project management are at the ready. You can pick up the phone when you're putting out fires and the right advisor will be there to help steer you through.
The Brief
You’ll have working sessions with your Member Advisor every two weeks. A Command Brief arrives by text beforehand, so you are ready to execute on the work you've decided to do.
A Peer Network
Network and grow leadership skills with access to other union leaders working through the same pressures. You can learn from each other, privately without any of the usual politics.
