Class 2 – Communication & Feedback Skills

We get practical. Participants practice giving and receiving feedback, de-escalating under stress, and handling disrespect in real scenarios. Each person completes 1-on-1 RealPlay Practice with a professional role-player for private, realistic skill practice.

Class 3 – Team Commitment & Leadership Integration

Together, the team creates a short, clear Team Commitment — your custom code for how you’ll treat each other moving forward.

Program Support

Leaders join integration sessions with our team to learn how to reinforce the program and keep the momentum going.

Optional eLearning refreshers are available for ongoing reinforcement.
