This course equips apprentices, journeypersons, leaders and future leaders with essential communication skills to build trust, reduce conflict, and lead more effectively on site. With role-based instruction, real-life scenarios, and individual practice, participants learn not just what to say—but how to say it with clarity, authority, and respect. To make the training really stick, they get to practice in realistic trades specific scenarios.
